My home was practically totaled from a storm. I just needed a quote to send to my case worker first so I can try to get the ball rolling on assuming a normal life in my home again, as I need an elevation. After over a month of me calling and texting just excuses and never getting back with me I am now being ignored. I understand if youre busy but in that case they should have declined the quote and I would have respected that and moved on and not wasted my time!

This company assured us not to worry about the final esthetics of our home even before we signed our contract. We were assured it would be a show piece. The lift went fine, but after many months and a crew of 1 person and a couple of helpers (women and children) things just did not move along. This one crew member was responsible for EVERYTHING left to do which consisted of stucco, framing and building porches, railing, stairs, trim, etc. it was ridiculous that this project was being completed by this one guy! Then without any change orders or discussion of costs, extra invoices were submitted. Negotiations were absurd. The guy kept adding more and more charges. The jobsite was abandoned. We had to consult an attorney. Do NOT believe anything this guy says. He does NOT back his word and writes vague contracts. We should have NEVER signed a contract with him and left our home in his care. In addition he allowed the job site to accumulate debris consisting of not only construction materials, but workers clothing, lunch trash, etc over a course of months without a dumpster in place. It was an eyesore to our neighborhood and has been a complete nightmare for us.

In response to the previous comment : please make sure that when you sign a contract with any contractor , that you are sure of what it is that you want before you signed on the dotted line , when extra work is added in and then changes are continuously made, as the project develops , this can only lead to problems and misunderstandings. All projects usually have unforeseen damage , or unexpected work that *** be required for one reason or another. Any reasonable person will understand that this would be invoiced, as it was unforeseen. There are always two sides to every story ,we do not have time to go into this one, but unrealistic expectations, undue burdens, misleading statements and requesting extra work to be done but not expect to have to pay for it , in any project will lead to problems. When hiring a new contractor it was discovered that the porch and landing framings did not consist entirely of pressure-treated lumber. There were pieces of regular yellow pine mixed in with the pressure treated lumber. Thank goodness that was noted, before we moved forward. This was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I
