My car was involved in an accident two months ago on September 11, 2022. My car was parked in the parking lot at my job and I wasn’t in my car. I filed a claim with the person that hit my car insurance but come to find out the driver’s insurance was canceled the time of the accident so I was forced to file a claim with my insurance. My car was then towed to Precision Collision where it has been for over a month. I’ve been calling asking about the status of my car maybe at week two and they’ve been lying to me ever since. Not once did they call me telling me the profess of my car. I was told my car was getting painted after two and a half weeks and every time I would call they would tell me my car would be done at the end of whatever week I would call. Then when I would at the end of the week they would say it wouldn’t be done till the beginning of the next week and it was the same thing for about three weeks. I finally decided to go check the progress of my car on November 11, 2022 after he told me it would’ve been done that day and it wasn’t my even painted nor was it put together like I was told. Then the man, Mr. ****, who was working on my car proceeded to tell me they just put a scratch on my car so it had to be repainted. But didn’t try to call me explaining the issues. All I’ve been hearing is lies and I lost one of my jobs because they’ve been giving me the run arounds telling me I’m getting my car knowing they’re not half way finish. I uploaded pictures. Those were taken November 11, 2022.
