My name is ******* ****** @ *** *** ****** ** Youngsville, LA. We've been in our house since May 17,2021. We've had several issues with our home built by contractor **** *********. He has subcontracted the building of our home. He gave us a list of subcontractors to contact. Some of numbers are wrong ( ex: A/C people)in which was 90 degrees in house & we were given wrong company & phone number to contact over weekend. Others cannot speak or read English making it impossible to communicate with. The contractor gave his number & number of other person that didn't work on my home. Contractor was on @ least two vacations since we moved in & couldn't be reached. Contractor's wife ******* was extremely rude over phone when she answered. Electrical switch in master bedroom is on hinge side of door. We are both in our 70s and this is a hazard. We were told this was our responsibility to change switch. I researched electrical code & it said all switches should be placed on side of door with lock/ door knob. Our kitchen sink has been changed/fixed 5 times. A molding was missing from kitchen cabinet. She all but blamed me for issue. I still waiting for paint & sealing of crown molding. I've tried to work with these people. I've recently had total knee replacement and don't need extra stress on new home. Please help me with these issues? Sincerely, ******* ******
