    I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership in January 2023. I started having issues when my truck would go into auto stop mode. When motor would start back up it would violently knock, and felt like I was getting rear ended. I contacted the dealership and set up an appointment when a loaner was available. I took it in and the head mechanic came ride with me to see the issue and he stated that he had no idea what it could be. I also requested the dents to be repaired before my one year warranty was up. This was a service that came with the purchase for one year. They kept my vehicle for 10 days then brought my truck back to me at work and took the loaner back and it was still broken and no dents repaired. I was unable to test drive it till next morning due to me being at work and didn’t get off till 7 next morning. I did tell the driver I was not satisfied with the bents not being repaired. He told me he would relay my complaint and someone would contact me. He didn’t give me a ticket showing repair and told me I would receive a email with it and I never received this. I truly believe nothing was fixed and that’s why I didn’t receive it. No one contacted me and next morning when I drove it the issue was not resolved and it’s worst than ever. I contacted the lady named ********* which was in charge of the repair of my truck. She told me that she would get back with me and never did. I called her back a couple days later and she stated to me that she did not contact me because she does not have a solution for me and that I needed to go drop my truck off and they would not give me a loan. I asked her why they drop my truck off broken and took the loaner back and she stated that someone else needed the loaner and she just left me with a broken truck and I did not hear from them again so I called her back again and I stated that I was concerned about my one year dent repair warranty expiring and she stated to me that the guy only goes on Monday and he’s been on vacation now the year is up and I still have bents in my truck and my truck still broken and I still have not heard back from them.
