      We were attending a big volleyball tournament in ******** Georgia and they allow vendors to come in to sell individual product. We, along with several hundred other people purchased a photo of our team with cash. They would not accept credit cards. I purchased one for myself and our coach. They are $20 each. We never received these items and this was in February. We have contacted the tournament director and they have tried to contact the company by email and phone and all is disconnected. They shared the numbers with us and we have failed to reach them also. The ******** ******** tournament director asked us to report to BBB. I would love my money back or the photo. Our club name is **** 14 black volleyball club from *******,NC. That is what they should have our team listed as. This event was February 19-21, 2002

      Our team attended a large Volleyball Tournament, ******** ******** Feb 19-Feb 22 where this company Sting Photography and Design was a vendor who offered team photos. Our team filled out the form and paid $200 cash as it was $20 each for a total of 10 of the same team photos. An email was sent a few months later saying that they were experiencing delays due to supply issues. We have sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] in which both have bounced back. There is no website, just an LLC which shows being reformed. We are not the only one out of photos from a facebook group that is seeking assistance as well from where they attended other tournaments. The name the order was placed was to ****** ******** with delivery to her home address located in Clayton NC Her email: *******@gmail.com Team name for order placed: **** Volleyball Club 14Black

      On February 20, 2022 I purchase group photos of our volleyball team at the ******** showdown volleyball tournaments from this company. We paid the company a total of $200 split between cash payment and one credit card payment. We were told the pictures which shipped to us in a few weeks. On 03/23/22 I emailed the company *****@stingphotodesign.com inquiring on order status with no response On 03/29/22 I sent a follow up email to *****@stingphotodesign.com inquiring on order status with no response. I then emailed the ******** showdown volleyball on 03/30/22 at info@**************.com Who had this vendor at the volleyball tournament to inquire on our pictures. On 03/31/22 I received a response email from ******** volleyball showdown with a generalized message from Sting photography stating they had an order delay with their ink. On 04/29/22 I received an email response from Sting photography letting me know that the photos would ship out May 2 and that they had an issue with their supply and they were sorry for the lack of communication. On 05/02/22 I sent another email to ******** showdown regarding this vendor info@**************.com. ******** showdown said the vendor had 24 hours to respond with my order status. I never received a response On 05/06/22 I emailed Sting photography again inquiring on order status and asking for a tracking number with no response

      Sting Photography and Design was a vendor at the **** ******** ******** ********** ********** run the weekend of Feb 19, 2022. They were selling team pictures of which we purchased 9 for $20 each. Our order total was $180 that was paid cash. They stated that the order would be shipped and arrived in 2-4 weeks. It is now about 7 weeks and I have not received our order. Per the tournament company Sting is having supply issues with the paper and ink that they use to print the photos. However, upon numerous emails and phone calls we have not received a response back from the support email or the owner ***** regarding any update of the order. This seems to be occurring to multiple teams as the Vice President ******** ****** ** *** *********** has advised we are not the only team that has reached out. I have left 3 voicemails for ***** the owner, sent three emails directly to him, and sent four emails to the support email with no response.
