I am familiar with this nursery and have bought from them previously. Follow on FB and saw a specialty fig tree that I thought I could grow in my area. So I called to confirm they had available and asked if I could pay online and have my mom( who lives near nursery) pick up for me. This happened 5/26/23. The man I spoke with sent an invoice that I could pay and emailed a receipt. I emailed back and asked for picture that I could send to mom. All seemed well until yesterday when my mom picked up the plant/tree they held for me. I paid $20 for an advertised 1 gal Fignominal fig tree. What was given to my mom was a 2.5qt unmarked fig tree. Once she questioned the size and what type of tree, we were told “all sales are final”. My complaint is that they misrepresented the size of plant and now I don’t even know if I was given the type of fig tree I paid for. *their FB page over weekend showed sold out but another type fig tree available* I’m disappointed in the customer service and the product for the $ paid.
