On 06/21/2024, ****, an All Home Services employee came to my home to complete work discussed on an earlier visit by the owner, Doniven Manchester. The work to be performed was:Find and repair the leaks on the rear porch cover Find and repair the leaks on the front porch cover Replace or repair the spigot in the screen porch Replace the gate locks (2)I offered to purchase recommended gate locks, but the owner said he could provide them. Work was scheduled for 9-10am. His employee showed up at 10:45am, with no gate locks. As I don't pay people to "shop" for items I could have provided, I removed that task from the list. The employee looked at the porch covers and hose spigot. He then left at 10:59am to go to *********** which is 3 miles from my home, and returned 56 minutes later, at 11:53am. At 2:14pm **** proclaimed the screen porch cover fixed. He did say the front porch cover issue was caused by bent flashing and might need a roofer. His "fix" left me with unsightly globs of white sealant along the seams. I paid $595.00 for the work. On 06/28/2024, while raining, my screen porch roof began leaking, worse than before it had been "fixed" by ****. I reached out to Doniven Manchester, who simply remarked that the top had been "coated" and that his employee facetimed him during the work. He made no offer to repair the leak, which is what he had been hired, and paid to do. I have not heard back from him regarding the leaks and am left with a leaking cover in the middle of hurricane season. This morning, the front porch began leaking. I do not want a return visit at this point, as this service clearly isn't capable of performing the work.
