On July 26, 2022, I placed a service call with Choice Home Warranty for a broken dishwasher. They assigned my dishwasher request to Hamilton Enterprises in *********, **. Technician ***** came on Aug 1, 2022 and assessed the problem. He stated that a part would have to be ordered. No one has come back to fix my dishwasher. I have called several times and was told that when the part arrive that it would have my name on it. I have called them eight times between Jul 2022 and November 2022. I also called Choice Home Warranty twice to report Hamilton Enterprise, but I haven't had a follow-up call from them.Customer response

We bought two bedroom sets from Hamilton's Furniture in Chalmette, La on February 11th, 2022 for $4,498. This included two full beds, two mattresses, two dressers, a book shelf, a double book shelf,a desk and chair and a nightstand. We contacted the owner (Lisa) once a month to check on the ETA of the furniture. The response we got was always something along the lines of we're working on it and never heard anything back. On July 11th (after 5 months of zero information) I called the owner. She said the bed we ordered for Bradley would not be available and we would have to choose something else if we wanted a faster delivery. We chose another set for him that day to speed up the delivery process. On July 13th, via text, the owner said all she was waiting on was one desk and the delivery would be within a week. After another delay, we were told all we were waiting on was the bookshelves. The owner said the bookshelves were the reason for the hold up on delivery. The owner told us she would be delivering the complete order on Wednesday August 10th at 6pm. She showed up at 830pm with part of the order. The bookshelves were missing. She told us they "forgot to put the bookshelves on the truck" and that she would deliver them the next day. The bookshelves were not delivered the next day. We called that Thursday August 11th and Friday August 12th with no answer or response to voicemails that we left. The owner finally texted my wife that Friday and said that a part for the bookshelves was now the hold up, and that the part was in Los Angeles, California. She told the delivery would be Wed August 17th. It never showed up. We have texted several times since then and are either told "its coming today" or no response.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hamilton Enterprises Imports, Inc. regarding complaint ID 17745299, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They never contacted me in regards to the BBB inquiry. I had to drive down to Chalmette to their warehouse because I continued to get the run around. My sons bookshelves were there: one was built (the one waiting on the ‘part’ and my other sons hadn’t been built yet. I said it needed to be delivered that day. Both bookshelves were delivered that day but are inadequate. They both wobble, my toddler son’s wobbles like a rocking chair and I’m afraid to put anything on that bookshelf or have it in his room. I don’t want him to fall. I called Lisa immediately after they were dropped off. The guy that dropped them off came back to look at them. He literally told me “bookshelves are going to move.” He then left. I called Lisa back and she said she would be by within the next 2 days. She never reached out and ignored my texts. This was Wednesday, September 7. I’m at my wits end.
