June 5th 2023 I was contacted they were mowing the next day (which they usually do 24hrs in advance) & we went and cleaned the yard and I was on the camera to save them a trip bc they haven't been mowing everything (June 6th) June 8th me and my little boy nd mom were playing in the yard and my little boy found the hole. I contacted them as soon as we found it and she sent me to her manager (which she's done the last 2 times I've let her know something happened) & her husband called me and admitted his guy did it and didn't say anything as well as one of their workers (which i have on video). I told him i would've never said anything if they would've just let me know so i could cover it. So he showed up and said he could patch it with sheet metal, i said no bc he mentioned it was an old tank, i was ok with a new lid but he said with it being so old they didn't make em that size. So he mentioned getting the guy to replace the tank my money back for mowing or firing the guy, making a complete joke of the situation.. He said he'd talk to the owner ****. I have 2 witnesses of him admitting his guy did it and didnt say anything til it was brought up when i messaged ******* He kept trying to talk me into patching it so after them knowingly hitting it and not saying anything i didnt want them touching it & causing more damage since he already caused so much and didn't say anything and then trying to sue me bc when he dug around it all he did was jump on it.. Then a week later after several attempts to contact them he basically told me they weren't fixing it bc I was rude. All I asked for them was to let me know they did it bc my kid or neighbors kids could've gotten hurt but after laughing at me I agreed to let them replace the tank. I made a post of fb upset and several people started stepping up & one of his managers tried to bribe me into taking my post down and he would talk to me.. several incidents have happened since with other people.
