      ***** installed the **** units in our new build two years ago. The units are still under warranty and ***** holds the parts and labor warranty as the original installer. One unit has a leak, which we found out after having to use another company to diagnose the issue when ***** would either not return our calls or would make appointments to come out then not show up to the appointments. Once we knew what the issue was, we started trying to reach ***** again since he holds the warranty. He answered one call, made an appointment to come repair the unit, then never showed and never called about the missed appointment. He has since been dodging calls for three weeks, despite numerous messages. What good is a warranty if the person who holds it refuses to do the work? Or even return calls about it? To me, this speaks to business not standing by their work (remember he did the initial install), and having no integrity. Its been months-in the height of summer.

      ***** never gave us the warranty paperwork after the initial install. My understanding he he filed it under his own name, and we cant get him on the phone to clarify. If he ever returns our call or answers the phone, our plan is to get that info.

      On April 19,2023 we (my sister ********************* and I) contracted ***************** to put a new air condition unit: ****** BTU gas furnace, 4 ton coil, 3 1/2 ton outdoor unit in addition he supposed to replace or repair damaged duct work. We paid a total of $6,800 (pd with 2 checks of $3,400 each). The first check dated 4/19/23 and the second one 4/26/2023.The installation of the unit was done on April 26, 2023 and it was working fine for two 1/2 months .after that it was not cooling, it was 84/85 degrees inside after several calls and text msg he came and put Freon. The next day, the house was not cool enough still 80 degrees so we sent another text without any luck. Finally, we decide to call Expert Air to give us a diagnostic he came told us that it was the ***** and he said rarely but happens in new units but he couldnt helps us because it was under warranty at this point he called ***************** (apparently he knew him) and told him his findings. ***************** came but just to tell us he was coming Monday.He didnt come so after several phone calls he came and told us that Expert Air was wrong , it was not the coils that it was a cable outsidego figureanyway, we ask him for the warranty paper but he never gave us the paperwork he said not to worry he already did it but according to our recent research he never had filed any warranty. We are so upset about the whole situation he doesnt respond any messages he keeps saying hes coming but never shows up. My last contact with him was on August 29 that he text us about replacing outside unit that it was up to uswe responded up to us? We want whatever it needs to get done so we can have air condition to fix it at this point we dont know if its coil unit or outside unit but we need help desperately we still without air condition and paid $6,800 for a new unit.(thankfully we have a window unit) we passed this extreme summer without AC.WE NEED HELP.************************* *********************
