    Date approximately October 2022 Paid approximately $2,600 I brought my bike in to get a few things worked on. The service department called and told me that my bike is ready for pickup. I have a 2019 Pioneer Deluxe, an issue I've been having with it since I bought it was that it would not go into Turf mode, this is one of the things they were supposed to fix. So when I was loading my bike into the trailer I checked to see if it went into turf mode. It did not. It only went into four wheel drive and two wheel drive as it has done since I bought it. I went into the service department and told them that it was still doing the same thing and instantly the servicemen started naming a part which I was in disagreement with. All the research that I've done on the internet they were saying that there are cables needed to be adjusted. So they brought it back into the shop and we're looking at it and returned it back to me saying that it was probably that electrical part that he mentioned before. I told him I disagreed and loaded the bike onto the trailer not thinking about checking to see if something else was wrong. I got the bike back to my Ranch and then noticed that it did not go into four wheel drive now. I called the dealership and told them that now whatever they did it does not go into four wheel drive. It went into four wheel drive before I asked them to look at it and now it does not. They told me that the only way that they would look at it is if I paid them more money. So basically my problem with them and the reason why I would not recommend and will warn people of the dishonesty every chance I get to prevent them from s******* another person over. Me being a business owner I would expect only the same thing if I was a dishonest person. I will be falling in complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other form that I can.

    CLASSIC Bait and Switch 5/11/2023...10am....went in to look at 2 different personal watercraft that dealer had advertised. Upon entering showroom met *********************** (operations manager) and ***************************** (sales manager). Debated between the two different watercraft that I had emailed back and forth with ****. The model I finally decided on had a sale sign of $16,999.00 that clearly said does not include tax, title and registration. There was no mention of accessories (bolted on ladder in back and the 2 person seat that was the seat on the watercraft). **** and I settled on a price for my trade in, and negotiated on the purchase. **** disappeared for a few minutes then returned and told me that the price on the unit was not actually the price of $1699 clearly marked on the sale sign, he had to add additional cost to the unit because of the 2 person seat and the ladder. The sign on the front of the unit clearly did not say that there were additional costs for the seat and ladder(attached and bolted on to the unit). The Operations manager *********************** then entered the conversation and said that was his mistake the sign was meant to be displayed on a different unit. Classic bait and switch. The Operations manager clearly admitted it was his error, but failed to honor the price that was clearly marked on the unit I was negotiating on. Awful and completely discreditable business practices
