This review has to do with the ****************** In July, 2021, I brought my Honda in because the ** was blowing hot air. They told me the ** needed to be replaced. The car is old so I told them I would think about it and get back to them. It cost me $145 in labor for them to tell me this. After I picked up the car, the ** was blowing cold air again but I still thought there was a problem so I decided to bring the car to another repair shop to get a 2nd opinion. They called and said they weren't sure what was wrong with the ** - it seemed to be working fine. I explained it was blowing hot air the week before, and he suggested changing a part (which he explained he wasn't sure that was the problem). I told him to go ahead and replace the part. I picked the car up and about a week or two later, it started blowing hot air again, but after a day or two, it started working again, blowing cold air. I'm not sure if the part the 2nd mechanic changed fixed the problem or not, but the ** has been working fine ever since. My complaint is that Honda wanted to change out the whole system which would have cost me more than $2,500 and it was possibly a $500 part that fixed the problem.
