On Saturday Nov. 13, 2021. I went to rainbow Northshore Buick GMC. I bought a used Dodge ram ****. The price was ****** out the door, I put ****** thousand down and also purchased a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. The salesman made many promises before money changed hands, and the final paperwork was done, such as oil change, def fluid, finding a winch control cable, a full tank of diesel and such. As soon as money changed hands and the final paperwork was done all of those promises flew out of the window. Furthermore, exactly 7 days after the purchase, the truck went into limp mode, and check engine lights came on. This was on Saturday nov.20, 2021 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, I informed the salesman at that time, they did not send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle until over 48 hours later, Monday Nov. 22 2021 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. On Saturday when I first informed the salesman that the truck was broken down he told me he would put me in a loaner vehicle Monday morning, when Monday came around I was informed that they had no loaner available, keep in mind this is a car lot with an inventory of probably over 200 vehicles. I went to Rainbow Northshore Buick GMC ******** page Monday nov.22, 2021 and left a bad review of the company. On Tuesday Nov.23, 2021, I was informed that it would take them 3 weeks to fix my truck because one tech was on vacation, and their other tech just quit. So I just put ****** cash down on this vehicle with a bummer to bumper warranty, and they are holding my vehicle for 3 weeks for repairs, without giving me a loaner or renting me a vehicle. So I have to come out of pocket to rent a vehicle for the next 3 weeks while they work on a truck I just purchased from them less than 2 weeks ago.Business response
