January 10, 2023 and June 2023. On January 10, 2023 Safeco roofing replaced ******* on my house. On June 22, ***************************************************************************** the garage was damaged. ************* was contacted and he sent someone to repair the roof so it would not leak in my garage. He said he would repair the sheetrock in my garage. My husband and I have made several attempts to contact him to set up a date to get the sheetrock repaired. He has not responded to our texts nor phone calls to set up a date to get the sheetrock in ********** repaired.Customer response

Complaint ID ******* I have attached a copy of contract. All I am requesting that Safeco repair my damaged sheetrock in my garage as was originally promised when the roof that Safeco put on my home started allowing water to get in my garage and damage my sheetrock.Business response

I did contact Mrs. *** and let her know I was out of town and when I returned she would be first on the list they new I was out and yet still contacted bbb when I returned from a dream birthday trip for my wife out of the country I immediately texted *** to let her know.
she said if she knew the details of my trip she would not have been as impatient.
I do not feel the need to discuss my wifes birthday trip with a person Im not very close too

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
************* (Safeco Exteriors) did not tell me I would be first on the list for my repairs. He also did not tell me when he would be getting back in town after I contacted him to see when he would be back in town. He also sent me a text stating I would be last on his this since I was impatient. This text was sent after I made the complaint. If he would have responded to me in a timely manner when he would have been back in town I wouldn't have filed the complaint. He is not truthful about anything.
