We did customers roof 7 yrs ago no problems untill after a hurricane we went out at no charge and fixed a wind blown flashing issue at no charge then we get a call at 10:00 at night on Sunday with a lot of foul language we went out and it was a chimney cap issue that was rusted and leaking we fixed with no charge I do not know what else this lady could ask forReview from Gene L

No service after the sale and installation. *** promised extra shingles at my request due to concerns of having a match should we lose any in a storm. Have called and text multiple times asking for what he told me hed give at the time of the sale. At first the response was Ill bring them next week. I even stopped while *** was working in the neighborhood and he said he would bring them. Still waiting (over a year later!). Now he wont call back or respond to texts. The work is fine but serious concerns should we need warranty work.Review from Tracy D

Everything was great until the owner and salesman pointed out an issue. What they didnt like, has now been four weeks of them not taking care of it. Salesman has had every issue under the sun.Safeco Exteriors LLC Response

*** and his salesman ***** came around trying to drum up some work about three and a half years ago. I gave them my house and two rentals I owned. I also got them about ten or twelve neighbors houses. So I was the best thing since sliced bread. Then three years later the shingles on the sides of my garage (which is a ******* roof) so they are pretty much straight up and down started falling off in the breeze. I contacted *** at Safeco exteriors and he finally came out and said that it was a manufacturer problem call them. I called and spent $50.00 sending them pictures and three shingles. They said that they were installed wrong and showed me in the instructions on a vertical panel that they were to be glued and nailed. At first *** said his labor warranty is up and it was not his fault. Then he had the salesman ***** contact me and he was going to replace the two sides. ***** said maybe Monday. I said I was sorry but I wouldnt be available Monday or Tuesday due to mardigras. The roofer showed up Monday morning I said I was sorry but it would have to be another day. Since then *** wont answer my calls or texts but ***** will talk to me and keep giving me excuses for ***.Safeco Exteriors LLC Response

Roof went thru hurricane *** sustained damage we said we would fix area damaged for free even though application warranty is and has been expired. Customer has gone out of town multiple times and we had to reschedule we told customer when we have a break in between jobs we would come by we have had to reschedule multiple times now he writes a bad review very hard to please someone who is very difficult and keeps rescheduling there should be a place to write a review about customersSafeco Exteriors LLC Response

Went today to fix again ***** refused to let us fix the storm damaged shingles said he wanted entire roof done even though there is no damage so refused ** the work to fix *************************************************************************************************** *************************************************************************************************** ***************************************************************************************************
