      I have been having trouble starting rebuilding my credit I told this to them when I applied I was told from reference they can help I was called about 2 hours later telling me that I was getting a loan every month that’s not true at all it was very unprofessional to say that you are here to help people then look down on people I know that I have a past and I can’t change that it’s not who I’m today and it’s sad that companies like this can do this to people I will never apply with a place like again

      Mrs. ******, first off, I am sorry for any misunderstanding that took place. My phone is always on, and I'm always available to speak. I am always more than willing to explain, construct, and discuss our loan application decisions. We called you two hours later due to the business of the day - I am sorry about that; however, that is something that takes place, that I cannot control. You were never told that you "was getting a loan every month" as you stated. We told you multiple reasons for the denial. Which are: 1) borrowing frequency, which is the recent borrowing habits over a particular time frame. 2) Needing more established credit since your very recent disposition date of 11/28/23, from the Chapter 7. I truly am sorry that you are upset with our decision - our intentions are to never hurt, upset, or hinder people in anyway. Instead, we pride ourselves in helping people; however, as you can imagine, we are not able to help every person. Just because we could not help you, does not make you a bad person, by any means. And, lastly, a no/denial now isn't a no/denial forever. We do wish you the absolute best of luck and if I can help you, with anything at all, moving forward simply give me a call.       They did not provide me with the original contract as requested I demand this account to be removed from my credit report

      Mrs. ****, I am sorry that we only received a 1-star review from you. However, you do have an account with Premier Credit; for a loan that you signed documentation for. We cannot and will not remove an account from your credit bureaus, as though it doesn't/didn't exist, as that is unethical and illegal. Our attorney (******* ******* with ******* ******* ****** * *******; located @ **** ***** **** *** ** *****) will have your original contract. We have not received any request from you requesting a contract, or any other documentation.       I purchased a vehicle on October 7th , 2022 from Premier Credit Corporation located at 139 Del Norte Ave, Denham Springs, Louisiana, 70726. I picked the car up as advised on October 10, 20200 for *********** in Denham per *** ********, co owner of Premier Credit. While driving the car it slowed won t 30 miles per hour and it would not go any faster. I was in the middle of traffic a Large 350 Chevy truck was behind me and was very closed to rear ending me. I placed a phone call to *** ******** , ( co-owner) of Premier Credit Corporation, located at 139 Del Norte Ave, Denham Springs, Louisiana, 70726. " Per my phone conversation on October 11, 2022" I verbally informed *** ********, that the 2015 Ford Foucs ( vin number) : *****************) does not shift to reverse, and the car is only driving up to 30 miles per hour. "he replied" that is now my car and I need to make the repairs needed. as he sold me the car as is." However, that never in the conversation., "as is"; *** told me the car was a repossession and that he ordered the tow truck guy to go out and pick the car up, that the lady was not making the payments on the car and that is all he told me, He never revealed that this car has mechanical issues, with the the transmission and that the vehicle has recalls and safety issues I stated to him' he and I both know a car you purchase must go in reverse, you cannot just drive forward. I asked *** ******** for a a full refund of my money back, and verbally on October 11, 2022. I served him notice by certified mail requesting a full refund of $8656. I also sated to him that he would not sell his children a car that did not reverse and with known transmission mechanical issues, nor is someone else was taken advantage of his children like he did me with the sale of this 2015 Ford Focus. I have filed a complaint with the new car sales commission, as the company Premier Credit has a Finance License.

      Hello *****, I am sorry for your unfortunate events. However, I would like to clear up the misconceptions. Before you purchased the car from Premier Credit Corporation on 10/7/2022, you test drove the car. While test driving the car you took it to an Auto Zone to have the car checked for any issues. You then had an issue while test driving the car, so you came back to my office. I then told you that I was unsure and unaware of any issues mechanically as I am selling the car "as is" due to it being a repossession; and of course, selling the car "as is" because I am a finance company, not a car lot/dealership. Then, both you and I, took the car for a test drive for 20+ minutes. While on the test drive we did not experience any mechanical issues. After we returned to the office you decided, with your own free will, to still purchase the car for $8,495 (not $8,656 as you stated) which you paid in cash and was given a receipt (I have a carbon copy of the receipt you were given). I exclaimed, at that moment, that the car you were purchasing is "as is" and that there is no "warranty" of any sort involved because I am a finance company selling a repossessed automobile. You then paid the agreed upon sale price ($8,495), then we both signed the back of the title to finalize the deal. We then made an agreement for me buy an oil change for you, which I willingly did. You picked up the vehicle and the paid invoice at ********* (Denham Springs, La) on Monday 10/10/22. You then notified me Tuesday (10/11/2022), 4 days after purchasing, that you no longer want the vehicle. I had explained to you, multiple times, that the vehicle you purchased is bought "as is" and the purchase is final. Additionally, you test drove the vehicle and still proceeded to purchase the automobile. I truly am sorry for the troubles you are experiencing; however, you were fully coherent when I explained everything to you during your purchase.
