            On June 17, 2022 A-1 Movers was hired to move my daughters mobile home from one location to another. The price was $3,500. They came and started moving the mobile home and got it stuck in between 2 streets. In the process of correcting it the frame was bent and the ceiling in the kitchen and pantry was cracked. The hardware on the sliding glass door was pulled out and some of the siding was knocked loose. My husband spoke with the owner and he said to hold $500 until the repairs were made to the mobile home. We have made many attempts to have him come out and make the damages right as that is what he said he was going to do. He has not responding to our calls, text and email. He provided a copy of his insurance prior to the mobile home being moved and we called the insurance company several times and they said they could not do anything until he made a claim. They made several attempts to get in touch with him as well and were not successful. The last time I spoke with the insurance company they said that the company that I said moved the mobile home was not the company that the insurance is in even though we have a copy of it showing the company that he said he was. Apparently he has 2 different companies. It has been almost a month and he has not even attempted to make the damage right. We just want the mobile home fixed because my daughter is a single mother and does not have the money to fix it. The owner did not give us a receipt and we paid in cash.

            DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use these people to move your home!!!!!! The absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with and the unprofessionalism was crazy for someone running a business... These people DO NOT know how to communicate and do not expect your house to be moved the day they tell you it will be moved! Always an excuse. I was supposed to meet them on Friday at the house to sign papers at 9 am. Well, no call or text from anyone to let us know it wouldn't be done that day. It took me and my mother in law blowing up the phone for him to finally text back that evening saying none of his workers showed up to work they would try Monday. Fast forward to Monday I drove an hour and a half to meet them at the house to sign papers for 9 am, which they didn't show up until 10:30. I had my baby with me so I had left to go feed her and went to the new house lot waiting on them to come down there to put it in place. I texted them at 12:30 to tell them to let me know when they are close so I could meet them and show them which lot. Well 3:30 comes around and no texts or notice of anything. My mother in law and I called multiple times, texted multiple times, NO ANSWER!!!! My dad calls the "boss" and he tells my dad they're just leaving the old property it'll be at the new property in an hour and a half. 2 hours go by still no text or call of them being close, so again we try calling and texting for an update. My mother in law gets a text around 6:40 saying they didn't bring it due to rain and the "boss" was in the hospital all day, which yes it did rain but we were not notified of them not coming, we were told at 3:30 they left and were headed to the new lot, which was a lie, they in fact didn't leave with the house. I texted him expressing how upset I was that I had not received an update about anything because I sat in my car with my baby from 11:30 until 7 waiting on them at the new lot and how a little communication would go a long way, still no response.
