THIS BUSINESS USED LAME EXCUSE TO REFUSE FIXING REPAIR THAT WAS NEEDED AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED. WANT SEAM LEFT IN KITCHEN REPAIRED WHICH WAS IN FACT PART OF THE JOB SCOPE AND RIDICULOUS TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOT. WHY WOULD I SPEND $3000 ON REPLACING AN ENTIRE KITCHEN CEILING AND NOT HAVE THIS EYESORE FROM A PREVIOUS REPAIR FIXED, WHEN IN ADDITION, IT WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR WANTING TO REDO THE KITCHEN CEILING IN THE FIRST PLACE. I ALSO HAD PROBLEM WITH GETTING THIS COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF OTHER PROBLEMS WITH JOBS DONE. AFTER THEY WERE PAID, THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK TO MAKE THE BAD GOOD! THEY INSISTED ON BEING PAID IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB DONE WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN DURING THE HOLIDAYS. WHEN CONTACTED AFTER THE HOLIDAYS, SHE RESPONDED WITH SAYING WHY DID I WAIT TO CONTACT HER (OF COURSE THERE IS A YEAR WARRANTY), AND SHE HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE ON THE CALL! I AM ASKING FOR THIS PROBLEM TO BE CORRECTED OR MONEY REFUNDED. THERE ARE ALSO MANY OTHER BAD JOB AREAS THAT NEED ADDRESSING AS WELL, WITH EITHER REPAIR OR PRICE ADJUSTMENT.Business response

This letter is in respond to a complaint from a client. We have provided plenty of documentation to show that we completed the scope of work at 100 percent. The documentation will show lies from this client. We have never had an issue with any client before. We have made every attempt to please this client. I am sorry that this client has felt the need to lie and bash my company.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the pics show that the work was done with poor quality as the general consensus agrees as well after posting! The work is not acceptable, and it is not correct that the work was completed as per scope. The intent of fixing the kitchen ceiling was to remedy the problem with the previous sheetrock work that was so bad and which was pointed out to Trish at the time of hire, and she has even mentioned the previous work to me knowingly. Again, why would the kitchen ceiling be painted and that problem not be addressed with the work!!!! It makes no sense and just further proves that she is not honest and is saying it was not part of the scope to cover her own error (presumable that she did not listen and take proper notation at the time we met)!!! I would be satisfied with an agreement for the kitchen ceiling to be repaired in that area to correct the seam showing and be willing to let all the other areas that look terrible slide! If this cannot be agreed upon, I am going to continue to post additional pics on FB and also am going to file a complaint with the Louisiana Board of Contractors, and if needed hire a relative who is an attorney. It was suggested by attorney that I try to use these other means of getting satisfaction first before filing suit. so that is what I am doing. I had to make a loan to get this work done and do not appreciate being taken advantage of and now being called a liar. The pictures are the proof! It is evident from the pics that there is a problem with this company, as there is more than one area of poor quality work and the company blatantly refuses to accept fault.
