    Over the years I have had 5 deer processed by Days and every year was amazing until this year. I had someone drop a deer off for me and call me when they arrived so that I could explain to the employee how I wanted it processed just as I have done in the past. The employee read everything back to me to confirm and he read it back just as I wanted. I get the call to pick it up and I sent someone to go get it because I was working and when I got home that evening, the entire order was wrong and I was charged $489! I thought surely this was an honest mistake and they will make things right in the morning. Next morning I call and ask if they saved the order forms from processing when dropped off and was told yes. A minute or so goes buy and the person returns to the phone with my order and reads it back. 1 order of burritos with extra meat (40 burritos), clean up the backstrap & lions, and the rest fresh Cajun sausage. I said yes sir that is what I ordered but I received 213 burritos, 9 packs of fresh Cajun sausage, one pack of mystery meat (not labeled), NO backstrap, NO loin, and a bill for $489! I have never paid over $320 in the past and this was only a 135lb deer. The man on the phone was very apologetic and blamed it on the "new people in the back". He said let me go talk to ***** and I'll call you back because I am sure he will let you come trade some burritos for sausage and we will find you some backstrap and loins! 15 minutes or so goes by and he calls back to inform me that ***** has said that he does not want any burritos returned and I needed to stop by to pick up some backstrap, loins, and sausage. I arrived there and met ***** outside and he asked how can we help you? I said I am the guy that paid $500 for 200 burritos and I was told by ***** to come pick up some sausage, backstrap, and loin. He said well I am ***** and I never talked to you. I said yes you are right, I spoke to one of your employees that claimed he spoke to you and this is what he told me. He looked at me with the dumbest look as if I have done something wrong and walked away. The employee I actually spoke to came outside and handed me some backstrap and loins and said sorry about this and have a good day. I said wait a minute what about the sausage you mentioned? He said "they" are not going to give you anything else! So, I paid $489 for something I did not order and to whoever is missing backstrap, sorry they gave it away but thank you! Please do not have a deer processed here. I have purchased meat and cooked products there for years but I will never step foot in there again!
