I signed a contract on 2/8/22 with ****** ***** of Feske Digital Media to video a wedding on 7/2/22. We agreed on $1500, $750 deposit and $750 to be paid in installments prior to date. He said he would be the first one at the wedding and last one to leave. He did arrive around 8:00 am but left about half way through the reception. He was not the last one to leave nor was he there to video the exit or other important events. He sent 3 pictures on 7/17 after that it was nothing but excuses until 9/24 when I finally got a video through drop box. It was very unsteady, dark and out of focus footage, along with empty tables and chairs. I asked to meet with him but again excuses so spoke to him on the phone about what I wanted changed. He said it was easy to change footage out. 10/4/22 he sent me a checklist (from google) and on 10/9/22 I sent him a detailed list of what I wanted included. Then Nothing but excuses and being ignored until 10/15. On 10/20 I sent him the contract stating :30 days. Finally on 10/22 he sent me a second video, shorter than the first, with nothing that I asked for. He didn’t even include a pic of the venue. He then. tells me all the footage and pics I was promised through pixielink was uploading and then he blocked me from his phone. Then his business fb page and personal fb page without an explanation. I am only asking for what I was promised. I even texted asked for a refund if that was easier. The video I received doesn’t include the wedding party, parents/grandparents or flower girl. There is not one clip of the flower girls, the outside of the venue, dances, garter, or bouquet toss, exit. Etc. I find it very unprofessional that he took the money, says he gave us a deal (after the fact), refuses to talk and meet with me, blocks me when I’ve said nothing negative on social media, didn’t fulfill his end of the contract and blocked me from contacting him. I do not recommend him or his photography based on my finished product.
