Absolutely the worse experience ever. I walked in to get my grandfather 2 quarts of oil. The guy behind counter laughed and said it would be $65 and some change. I then walked back out and told my grandfather sitting in the car. My 83 year old grandpa that is handicap just wanted to know prices on 2 quarts of oil here since he had someone change his oil here in the past. Thank God he can't use a cell without it on speaker and we were all there to witness it. Because he called him thinking the guy may have misunderstood me at that price. The guy that answered the phone told him it was $65 and something for 2 quarts of oil well pawpaw said he had got it before there and it wasn't that high just wondering why it was high. The guy that works at this placed cussed him out saying numerous cuss words. Then when we try to call back and get his name or talk to the owner he repeatedly hung up on my grandfather. I will never do buisness with these people. He verbally threatened my grandfather telling him if he had a problem come say it to his face ol man and we will handle up. Very rude customer service and will never revisit this place again. Note my grandfather couldn't go in, he himself can barely walk. Several tries to get ahold of owner through the store but their phone became busy. Finally talked to another worker who said they would relay message which he may have but never heard back from owner. I should've called the law and made a report for the verbal abuse but I didn't because had errands to run after lunch and had to get back for my kids before they got home. This guy said several different cuss words to a 83 year old man that never argued with him, never raised his voice, only asked a question. I would never visit this place again. It made us feel very unsafe. We have never met or seen this guy before. He would not ever give us his name but someone needed to know how they are treating their customers and I pray this situation never happens with anyone else.
