This last year has been a night mare.I purchased a 2019 Buick LaCrosse from Benoit Motors but have been dealing with the locations in Rospine for repairs. I purchased an extended warranty because the car had high mileage but apparently that was a waste of my money. The first incident we took it to their Ford place for a water reservoir issue they fixed it, we assume we go to Texas the car breaks down same issue Water Reservoir. The first time at the Ford place $400 plus and then Texas $791. They were aware but never offered to give us our money back.Fast forward to the issues now ...car is still in the shop after paying them almost 1200 first time 800 second time and 291 last time.After having to inquire from other employees why I haven't heard anything on my car after sitting at the shop a month, I finally hear from someone saying they can't fix my car.Ok after all the money I had to come out of pocket you can't fix my car why say you can fix it if you can't. Now they tell me we are sending the car to another location to be fixed well its been well past a week going on longer and I still have not heard anything . I have been reaching out to them just to be ignored or dealt with when they feel. But this by far has been the worst buying experience from Benoit and this is not my first car from them. I got better service and help before they changed over to Benoit. Communication is horrible for them to be a business.This issue has been passed along to several employees that when they do get around to calling they tell me they don't deal with these type of issues but will get me a resolution well as of 2/27/2024 I am still waiting January of this year made a year I had the car and it has been in the shop more then I could enjoy it.. They don't deserve a one star in my opinion because I find this rather disturbing for a business to not communicate with you unless buying a car
