      I purchased a vehicle from Benoit Nissan in Deridder, Louisiana on 2/22/24 , upon inspection of the vehicle I noticed a few things wrong with the vehicle in which I brought the the sellers attention. He then told us that he’d get these things fixed at a later date , one of the things that I did find was that the headlight was busted out but the placement of the headlight is toward the bottom of the front of the vehicle so it was assumed that the lights that sit high on the vehicle were the headlights until it came time to drive the vehicle at night then we were able to see the real placement of the headlights in which we found out that the right front headlight was busted completely out. When we contacted our seller again he then told us he’s not doing anything about it or any of the other things I pointed out because he gave us the vehicle at a “discount”. He told us the vehicle was around 36,000 but sold it to us at 27,000. Some friends of ours said that the vehicle had been posted online for weeks at the rate of 27,000 so there was no discount and to make matters worse while reading the manual in the vehicle the “sold as is” paperwork was folded up inside. I then contacted the GM of Benoit Nissan to get this resolved and they told us to bring the vehicle in to get it fixed but told us that they’d have to find the part somewhere and to come back tomorrow that is today 02/29/24. As of now he’s leaning back to not wanting to resolve this issue and my wife and I spent a lot of money on a vehicle we expected to be fully functioning from a dealership. I just want this issue resolved

      Hello,

      I talked to Mr **** on 02/28/24 and this was the first I heard of the issue, I explained that I would have someone reach out to them which did happen.  They came in

      and we verified the concern and are currently getting the quote on parts so that we can repair.  Since we are not a GM dealer we would not have this part in stock 

      so we have to order it from a GM dealership. It is our intention to replace the headlight assembly as soon as we have the part.  This process takes a little time but we

      are working diligently on it.
