      My Grandma had a policy with this company since before I can remember and if I knew back then what I know now, we would have never done business with this company. I always thought they were a get over, but when my grandmother passed away it seemed like the company got worse. They could never keep an agent and it was always an issue when I called to get information about my policy. So I decided to surrender the policy because it became to unprofessional and you would have to jump through hoops to get a resolution. They lost my papers that I signed and mailed in and no one knew what was going on. I was forced to call the headquarters which was even worse than dealing with the local branch! It took me 2 days to get someone that could actually help and after all the back and forth with emails and re-signing paperwork again they told me it would be 2-4 weeks before I would hear anything about my payout! When I asked for a Manager or Supervisor they would just put me on hold until the phone would hang up and I called back and they started just laying the phone down and I knew this because I did not hear any hold music anymore, but I kept calling back! I don’t think this company or majority of it’s employees know what customer service is! I think since they are a Life Insurance company they think they only have to deal with relatives of dead people and they don’t have to answer to anyone. I don’t think it’s fair the way they handle business and something should be done about it!!

      Serious loopholes in policy and procedures. A few years ago my mother had a policy written for me, once established I paid the premiums to my mother monthly. Recently my mother was placed in a care center and my mother gave my brother power of attorney to him. So I started sending the money to him. So recently the discussion of a loan on our policy came up by my mother and brother. When I started asking questions my brother kept saying the policy was my mother's policy, so I informed him I wanted no parts and involvement in no loan. I made it crystal clear. All of a sudden I'm being asked for my ID. Then I suddenly and shockingly was asked to sign a loan form that was in my brother's possession with my name on it and asking me where to send a check to. The problem I have is, how was my brother and Ms. Faye able to even discuss anything on my policy without my knowledge. My brother lied about the reason he needed these thing. That problem is mine. he was 1 step away from getting a check in my name and my policy be in jeopardy. This the very stressing to me how he almost got away with this.
