March 29, 2024 There was a gas leak in my home. ******* Plumbing Repair LLC responded to call and stated they were available to perform repair for gas leak. Plumber came and supposedly capped gas dryer connection, found and changed valve on **** heater spring valve. Before he left my home, I smelled gas again and it was found that the spring valve for the stove was leaking. He began to repair this, but did not have the parts to finish the job. The next morning, the gauge was at 1psi which indicated a leak. **** Serve insurance contacted and contracted ******** Plumbing to perform the work. The gas line for the dryer was NOT capped, they had to change the valve for the **** heater and had the parts to repair the gas connection for the stove. They found 3 other leaks in and around the home. I desire a refund from ******* Plumbing and Repair as the work that was performed was not performed (gas dryer connection) and substandard (for the **** heater and the gas stove connections).

I m sorry but I won't give a refund she called me in the middle of the night i went and she told me she needed 2 valves changed and I changed them and yes I did cap the dryer valve she did not hire me to find gas leak she told me she had someone already test it and told it was the gas valves which I changed after changing I tested her system as a Courtesy it was still leaking Itold her I  could fix it but not in the middle of the night I told her wasn't sure how soon that I d had other people in front of her. When I was backing up to leave she came back out and told me she was smelling like a lot of gas was all of a sudden leaking into her house because of what I did which is impossible because the gas company had turned off her gas way earlier in the day so there was no gas that could have been leaking but I played along Customer, always right so I git out of my truck went inside where she told me smell stronger by stove I moved stove and saw valve was not up to code it would have to be changed before They would turn the gas back on. I went ahead and changed it. I was missing apart, but the next day she called me and told me she had someone else Going Out. And I figured it was just because they could go there before I could. She never called to talk to me this is the 1st I hear anything about her not being satisfied But I charged her for an emergency service. Call for me to go out and change those 2 dad's vows because she had already told me she had some fantastic. Everything else was just complimentary and would have went back to fix it if she would have called me and told me she found someone else so was she paid for was done.

I am rejecting this response because: 1. The gas company, *********** Energy, informed me that I had 2 gas leaks- a. the dryer connection and b. the line for the heater for my home. 2. ******* Plumbing accepted the work at 21:02 (9:02pm) but did not show up until well after midnight- he could have rejected the job or come next day.  3. He texted me at 00:47 (12:07) and said he was 5 minutes away. (it took him longer than 5 minutes.)   4. He verified the smell of gas in the kitchen and let me know it was coming from the stove connection. 5. He did leave a gauge connected to the meter and instructed me that if the pressure dropped below 10, that would indicate another leak.  The pressure was at 1 in the morning. (his gauge is still outside next to the meter)  6. The line he installed for the **** heater was blocking the access to the AC/heater.  7. I did call **** serve because I thought the leak was outside the **** (and it was) because they covered the line outside the **** (and I learned later that they also cover inside the home).  8. The work that ******* Plumbing did had to be re-done because it was not done properly.  9.  He charged $450 for dryer connection and **** heater and $250 for the work he did for the incomplete stove connection.  That is $700 dollars for a job that was not done well.
      Sincerely,

      ********* ******
