On March 12 I drove from Mississippi to Louisiana to meet ***** ****** to buy a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. He is the dealer for Rivertowne Auto Sales. Before traveling to Louisiana, ** ****** assured me there are no mechanical issues with the van. On a telephone call he stated the check engine light is on because it has been sitting and the fuel injectors need to be cleaned out which he stated had been done after that conversation. A ** ****** assured me there are no mechanical issues with the van. After purchasing l, the check engine light came displaye fter purchasing l, the check engine light came displayed again on the way back to Mississippi. I have had 3 mechanics look at this vehicle. I've had the gaskets, coils, and spark plugs all replaced and I have the same issue with the check engine light and the van shaking and trembling when I drive it at highway speed. I've recently been told by a mechanic that it has engine problems that may cost over $4,000 to repair. I've contacted the dealer and he is not willing to help me or return my money. It has been less than a month from purchasing this van.
