            I hate even giving him star. The company is not license to do any work. We met with JP ******************** in February 2021. We had several meetings with him and his realtor. He advised us to purchase our owns plans due to him not having what we wanted. He only could provide 2 plans. We were informed by our loan company he didn't have a valid license. We told him about it in April 2021. He then told us in June 2021 the land was divided yet and it was going to be in July 2021 before he can be done. Then in August 2021, he didn't like the schedule for withdrawals from our bank. He didn't have funds to put out before the withdrawals could be made. My husband told him that he found out a trailer was buried on the land we wanted, he stated that there was no trailer buried. JP insisted on making his own contract, he stated that we will be responsible for the disposable of things that might be dug up. He didn't want to sign our contract. In September he didn't make any contact to us, our bank or relator. He end up sending us a message, not a phone call that the land couldn't be built on and it was cattle land. Do not do any business with this man. He wasted 8 months of our lives. He will also will tell you he will like a $10,000 deposit non refundable.
