Nov. 2020, we started out to accomplish one thing: build our dream home. Estimated final completion 'to be safe;May 2021.' It is now Apr 2022 & since the beginning, we've spent sleepless nights constantly reviewing the overpromised & underdelivered reality of a nightmare. We've been put off, lied to, disrespected & stripped of any possible reconciliation of reaching our goal of completing that dream home. He's used unlicensed subs on our home & lied to us about having ANY inspections done...KNOWING they weren't done in the first place & blamed it on the inspector. No one has worked since Nov. 2021. In our eyes, this builder has walked away from our home w/ no intent to finish. We've paid him for items and completion of products not received, completed, or will have to be redone. We had mold in our cabinets & base boards, which WERE replaced, but there was no cleaning done & now mold in other areas of the house w/ no concern to address this. Home after home is going up around us, & yet we sit & wait, hoping that he'd come thru. He'd say that WE stopped HIM from working. We never did this. They DID show up & work in Nov 2021 after we called him out on not having the inspections done. He told us that "we don't get to dictate how he build's our house." We sent him a certified letter w/ what we expected from, just to be very clear...he signed for this 12.21.21, ***** *** ******* **** **** * ******* *** Our requests have NEVER changed since that letter was received. Basically, get the sheetrock down so inspections be performed & start on the list of corrections provided by the inspector (of what he could see- after WE called for inspections). A person's integrity says a great deal about who they are & who they will become in this world. I pray my gut is wrong w/ him. We are firm believers that your actions (or lack thereof) speak louder than any words you can speak. We take this time to wish this company the same success that this project has bestowed upon our family.

We at Creed treat all our customers and houses the same and build them with the same process. This process sometimes works great for some customers and sometimes doesnt work for others. We always try to adjust and accommodate for each customer if something isn't working properly with that specific customer so that it will work better and smoother. We also constantly communicate with all our customers nonstop, so they know what is going on with their homes and what is upcoming. With every home there are rules and procedures for building a home and if something in that procedure gets missed there are also protocols and steps for properly deal with that item. We as the licensed professionals know what these steps are, and these protocols so things can be dealt with in an organized and systematic fashion. We, along with the other licensed professionals such as inspectors, subcontractors, engineers and so on are the ones who decide and dictate these things since this we what we all do on a daily and is our lively hoods. When we have customers interfere and try to dictate how all of us do our jobs or try to tell us how something should be when we are the professionals then it starts to create problems. Also, when a customer demands work to be stopped and we of course will do so and will stay stopped until an organized, systematic and agreed upon plan is made. There has to be order with doing this and procedures and when a customer won't let that take place not much you can to do make forward progress, we are sorry for this person's frustrations and never want that with anyone.
