      on 6/13/2022 - LMK & Sons was contracted with my home warranty company to come out to service our AC due to it not cooling our house down. We paid a $75 service fee and during the appointment, Liam stated that our compressor would need to be replaced and that they would let out some freon as they believed it was overcharged from the time it had been installed and caused too much strain on the compressor. He said by letting out some of the freon and the changes they made that it should hopefully temporarily keep it running until the full repair could be completed. Our equipment was still under manufacturer warranty with Lennox so Liam stated he would submit the claim/info to them to initiate a warranty claim for the compressor. He called back the next day on 6/14 and stated that it was approved by Lennox and that he would be out the following week once they got the part in to make the repair. We didn't hear from him, so we reached out on 6/30/2022 to find out what the estimated time frame was for repair but was informed they did not have any info on the part and would get back to us. A few weeks later in July not sure the exact date, they showed up randomly to my address to let me know that the part was on back order with no expected time frame for when they would receive the part. They stated that the manufacturer said the part had been on back order for months due to covid, and that it was essentially something that was discontinued. I asked Liam what our options were and he stated that he would work to see if he could get a full replacement for our outside unit for us since the manufacturer couldn't provide the part as needed for repair. We never heard from them again after numerous attempts and calls by both us and my home warranty company. Ultimately, on 8/10/2022 the claim was reassigned to a new technician for repair but nothing can be resolved or fixed because there is no evidence of the compressor not working and no info regarding my warranty with Lennox.

      Filed a home warranty claim on Feb 7th. LMK & Sons was dispatched on Feb 8th. Technician spent 20 mins and stated I needed a new control board, and was not given any paperwork when he left. Claim was approved by HWA and I LMK and they said the part was on order. The following Friday I contacted LMK and they stated that the part was not in. I then contacted the Home Warranty Association and that expressed how unhappy I am with the service and they needed to send a new company out. On Saturday, I received an email stating that my claim was denied because LMK said that I had damaged duct work. Had to file an appeal with HWA, for a phone discussion the following week. I called a new company, and the problem found was a float switch leaning to one side. LMK and sons is not a reputable company and I suggest no one use them.
