I've been to this business multiple times with complaints about an emergency dental procedure that needs to be done. The first time I came there I felt like I finally found a good place to get my teeth looked at here in the state of Louisiana. Boy was I wrong sent away multiple times due to insurance needing to be contacted further for my bills to be covered. Now calling to try to schedule an appointment after being sent away the third time because supposedly my insurance was going to cover absolutely everything 100%. I am now being told that my insurance will not cover it I had showed up that day at my dentist appointment ready for my teeth to be pulled $500 in hand upon them telling me that it was going to be free I went ahead and spent the money on bills and my children now I don't have any money for my teeth and these horrible people are telling me that I'm going to have to pay $400 to get my teeth pulled when I had the money and I was at your office why didn't you guys do it then ? Why do you guys feel it is okay to do this to people why would you lie to a single mother who doesn't have money like that who is in pain and feels as though by if my teeth aren't corrected I'm going to die, why would you guys do that why why would you send me away multiple times why would you tell me that my teeth are going to be free why would you do that?!?!??! I want an answer now
