      I ordered the crappie jigs March 31, 2023 and was charged $38.69 from my account. I called Bobs 2 weeks later to request status of my order, and left several messages, and never got a call back. I called again every week after this time, and never got a call back. I never received my merchandise and never got refunded. This is not ok when this business took my money and time. The website has a lot of similar complaints and customers are not receiving ordered merchandise, this guy is not answering calls and not returning any calls. Please review this company and investigate, this is not ok for a merchant to continue receiving orders, and not responding to consumers. I want my money back, and close this business for good.

      The customer purchased an order and the USPS system lost the package and pending the outcome of the investigation as I told the customer was happening. I was told I had to overnight the shipment or else. Soon as the investigation is complete the proper measures will be taken and the new shipment will be sent but until the USPS has completed their end it’s just a waiting on them
