I purchased GE XWFE water filters from this company on 5/15/23. It was a pack of 3 and I paid $69.97 for them. I made this purchase through Paypal. This was by far the best price that I had seen on these water filters. When I received them, I set them aside as I did not need them right away. When I attempted to install one about a month ago, I got an error message on my refrigerator and they did not work. I reached out to the company and they indicated that these filters did not have a chip in them, that is why they were so cheap. They sent me a video and said I needed to move the chip from my original filter to this filter. Well needless to say, I could not find a chip to be moved. When I reached back out to them, they initially ignored me. I then tried to refute the transaction with Paypal but Paypal denied it because it had been more than 3 months since I purchased them. So I reached back out to the company and they said they would give me an 80% refund. I agreed but the refund was never processed. When I reached back out they said they had technical issues. I waited a few days and then reached out again and then they said they couldn't give me the refund because I refuted it with Paypal. This is a total scam. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, I would like a full refund. I have refuted this with my credit card company but don't yet know the results of that dispute. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company but have not received the results of this dispute. It is still under investigation. I have tried repeatedly to get it resolved with Daigle but they keep giving reasons as to why they can't provide a refund to me. They flip flop between technical problems and having their hands tied because I raised a dispute with Paypal even though Paypal immediately rejected the dispute. They deserve their F rating.
