Ghost, No Show. Agreed to price. Sent me quote on text confirming verbal quote and work to be done. Mr. * called and got utilities spotted, I purchased load of dirt required for job and then No Show. It's more than 2 months and All About Cement Mr ** has disappeared!

***************************** repoured a driveway and side alley at my residence. Before he began the work and wrote the contract, I asked him what the warranty for his work would be. He verbally stated one year. Once I received the contract, I informed him that the warranty was not written on the contract. He insisted he would add it. Within one week after he completed the work, I sent him an email asking again for the warranty in writing. I also drafted a simple warranty and asked him to review, make changes and acknowledge it. He totally ignored me. Although, it has been 9 months since he completed the work, I would still like to get a written warranty. ************** seems to be a very nice gentleman; however, I think it is very unprofessional to not put his warranty in writing and then to ignore a customer's request if he truly stands by his work. And for this reason, I would not hire him again to do any work for me in the future.

I called All About Cement about having a slab poured in the backyard for a shed I was having built at my home in ********. Mr. ******* came out and looked at the location in my yard where I wanted the slab poured. He immediately got on the phone with the permit office in ******************************* to make sure what I wanted to do was up to code. I then spoke with the permit office about obtaining the permit for the shed. ******* explained exactly what he was going to do and provided me with valuable information about how he would do the job and the materials he would use. He recommended adding fill where I wanted to put the shed so as to raise the slab even with my house to prevent flooding, something that I had never thought of. He assured me that the job would not be finished until I was totally satisfied, something he repeated several times. During the time it took me to provide the Parish with everything necessary to obtain the building permit, ******* was in contact with me and sent me an itemized quote for the job. Once I obtained the permit ******* and his crew came out, added nearly 20 yards of river sand and formed up the slab. They poured the slab on a weekend while the weather was good. ******* and his crew acted in a very professional manner the whole time they were on my property. I a very satisfied with the job ******* and his crew did and I highly recommend All About Cement.**********

************** and his crew did an amazing job demolishing my old patio and pouring a new slab for my sunroom project. ******* was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and professional. He continually communicated with me, before, during, and even after the construction. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend his services.
