On Saturday November 13, 2021, I purchased a designer handbag in good faith that it was legitimate and not a counterfeit bag. This was sold to me by the employee as real. Upon further inspection, it is a counterfeit bag which is illegal to sell. I tried returning the bag in hopes of a full refund, but the store has a policy of "no refunds" and "buy as is." Seeing as the bag is counterfeit, the selling of the bag was illegal and should make our transaction void and I want a full refund. I paid $327.59 for the counterfeit bag and deserve a refund.Thank you for your time and effort.Customer response
