  In March I hired allworx to come into my home and scrape popcorn, float, texture, and paint my ceilings. They told me it was going to be a 5 day job to complete my house and it turned out to over a month and a half and they worked very late hours putting us and our child out of our home for way longer than it should have taken. I paid them over $2,000 to do this job and it is now going to cost me more than twice that amount to fix my ceilings because they did not even float the sheet rock, they got paint all over my living room floors, my dishes and furniture and walls that will not come up. they have damaged my home completely and the ceilings have to be completely redone per another contractor that came in and evaluated their work and let me know this was done incorrectly. My couches and recliner and hardwood floors are completely ruined and covered with blotches of paint. I have well over 50 pictures of the damage that was done in my home. I will attach the worse of the damage. They also said they will come fix and and talk to us about it, then refused to discuss anything else further with us after agreeing to talk to us and trying to fix it.

  November 4-13 2021. Paid up front $2,704.46 to paint living room area and bedroom and remove side-wall sheetrock in both rooms. Over the course of 11 days I was given excuse after excuse, and they only showed up 3 times for a few hours each time. The paint job is horrible, just a mess all over the walls. I am going to have to hire someone to repair everything, as well as clean up paint splatters from the woodwork, floors, tiles ... it's just everywhere! On November 10th I called them to express my displeasure with the work done and asked them not to come back, but they assured me that everything would be fixed. As of the 13th, it was not 'fixed' at all, and as they had continued on into the bedroom it just made everything worse! I just want money back so I can afford to hire someone to make all this mess go away so we can move in.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/09) */ Mrs ****** ******** requested us to to recut in which we did and differences in textures were noted from paint brush vs roller commonly known as hatbanding, we attempted to come correct and resolve the matter by rolling closer to feather paint but customer refused to allow us to come back, I have no problem with submitting the test and emails where we requested numerous times to come and fix the areas that had a darker tone, all paint was bought at the same time selame store along with use of floetrol all possible measures were taken to prevent this but it's a common occurrence. Not only that but the inappropriate nature of her and her husband's drinking while we were there and comments that were made, made a very uncomfortable environment but we did not have that stop us from returning, a small section in bedroom was all that was left requiring to be cut in but customer refused to allow us to come finish, in which they still have equipment of ours and have waited for a response on coming us coming out.we would like nothing more than to resolve this matter and us come out and tend to any matters that need addressing but we must be allowed to come out and finish. If they will please contact us we would love to help serve them better. My walls are ruined. They do not know how to paint. I do not need them to further 'hatband' in the middle of my walls ... I need money to hire *professional* painters who will show up when they say they will and take care of this so we can finally move into our house. They are full of excuses and horrible painters, and i can't deal with another 2 weeks of them. I just want them to do the right thing and refund my money.
