-01/25/2024 -I paid $708.75 -The business commited to providing me a CPR Instructor license. -The business has resolved partial of the issue by only giving me $500.00 back and says the other is for her service, but no other service was provided. - The owner was supposed to meet with me to complete my CPR license, but has missed my session 3 total times. The merchant decides to call 30+ minutes later after our time we were supposed to meet and when I told her that I did not want to do business with her anymore the merchant became hostile and refused to give me my money back. She also said that I lied and did not call or text her, but I have every phone call and text message that we have ever had. This morning she decided to only give me $500.00 when in total I spent $708.75. The merchant hasn't provided me any service to keep the rest of my money which is $200.00. I asked her what services did she provide me that were worth $200.00, but the merchant failed to respond. I was also informed that she charges people different prices for me it was $700.00, but for others it was $400.00 and I do not understand exactly why is this.Business response
