On December 21, 2021 I took my dog Charlie to Dog Gone Right daycare where he's been going since 2018 or 2019.But on this day 12/21/21 I received a phone call between 2:00-2:30pm that afternoon telling me that another dog attack,Charlie and I need to come pick him up. Well I ask her how bad is it and she respond that it was pretty bad, so I asked her what they do in Situation like this after all the owner is responsible while my dog is in they care, she told me that she have to call Ms.******* to find out if she can take, My Charlie to the veterinary and at this time she also said he is bleeding bad I am on my way right now, she called me back to let me know what Veterinary service she would be taking him at. Once I got there I never experience sure a unprofessional rule person before,.the veterinary doctor He did not example Charlie at all accept notice where the blood was coming from and gave him antibiotic and pain medication. Well the next day I took Charlie to another veterinary which he have been before and they immediately said he need stitches And that meant anesthetic to be put to sleep for surgery. I had to come up with 80% of the bill before they can start, I paid $379.74. So he was there from 9:40am until 6:00pm. I got InTouch with the owner after calling a few time but it wasn't by phone that Ms. ******* told me to send her the bill not the estimate. I got in touch back with Northlake Veterinary Hospital and gave them her email address And they send the total bill to her directly, before I when to pick up my dog the bill wasn't paid, so I went back and forward with them Northlake said that someone with a very nasty attitude called and ask what the balance was and paid that which was $100.18.They would not release the person dog owner name who send my dog to have surgery I feel like Dog Gone Right is responsible For my dog Charlie vet. Bill. Once my husband get up I will have him to send you the paperwork that I have.
