We purchased a mobile home in December 2021 from Victory Home Center. We were given a form to complete as a punch or repair list. We told them that it would be several weeks before we could submit the list due to the procedures required to connect utilities etc. Things were a challenge to complete in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. We lost our previous home to the Hurricane. Once the list was submitted, I confirmed that it was received. After several weeks waiting, we called to find out when we would receive service. We were told that the service department was behind due to the influx of business due to Hurricane Ida. We understood the problem as we had encountered many obstacles along the way ourselves. We received two calls from the service technician saying that he would call to schedule service in a day or two. This never happened. We placed several calls and emails to Victory Home Center and received no reply. After several weeks, we called again and connected with a new employee. She told us that the person that we had dealt with was fired due to neglecting her duties. She was unable to find our "punch list". We promptly resubmitted the list and received confirmation that it was received. A few weeks went by and still no service. We have placed several phone calls and sent emails that have been ignored. We are living with both entry doors that do not lock, a hole in the siding and damaged flashing due to delivery and a few other minor issues. We are in need of assistance in getting the service that we are entitled to, particularly the door locks, flashing and siding repairs.Business response
