Placed order for cabinets is December 2021 for $20,000 Received order month later than scheduled in March 2022 Half of the cabinets were damaged or missing doors and shelfs.As of today June 23, nearly *********************************************************************************** order to complete installation.Nature of dispute: Campbells Cabinets has not taken ownership of the problem. Every time I call Im told they will have to research and get back to me or I can call Tru cabinets themselves (the manufacturer). Additionally, the quality is terrible. Doors are not square the holes to hold shelves are not inline to shelves are not level.I reached out to other cabinet companies that carry Tru and they said they are not having this problem and when they do it is resolved within weeks not months. I am seeking a fully refund as its going on 8 months and I not have a kitchen.Customer number: *******Customer response

It has been challenging for all manufacturers, including appliance manufactures, furniture manufactures, auto manufacturers and even cabinet manufacturers since the pandemic due to supply chain shortages and labor issues. The cabinets, molding and replacement items have been taking longer to arrive, and in some cases, we are not given an exact delivery date.
Tru Cabinetry has replaced some damaged items for Mr ********* and he has a few more items still on order. Tru offers a lifetime warranty on their product and is committed to replacing anything that's defective. Campbell's has been in business for 50 years and has always completed our kitchen and bath projects, so we are not finished until Mr. *********** project is completed.
I will call Mr ********* today and give him an update on his warranty items. Some of the items have arrived.
