      They came out and gave us a price and then didn't come back for another month and when they did, they wanted to charge us more than double their original price.

      Called 10 times for 2 months to get a simple warranty repair on siding done for a single piece of aluminum fascia that fell off on a high spot I can't reach. Every time, their receptionist puts me on hold for a while, then says she'll leave a message. At some point 1 month in, spoke to a condescending guy who said he'd come right out to look at it. Didn't even ask my address - of course never showed. Called again today. Put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and asked her to level with me - if they just don't want to do it, just tell me. Warranty is just a word on a piece of paper to them, so I'm finally moving on to someone with integrity. Stay away.

      I had my siding replaced by Direct Source after ***. After a thunderstorm came through (less than a year after) some of the siding came loose and is hanging. I have been calling them for over 2 months to come out and fix it and they keep telling me someone will be out, but as of yet nothing has been done. I left a message for the owner and have not heard back. This is not a very reputable company to do business with. Please beware!

      Had a roof installed during IDA , some of the shingles have been coming up since a few months after the roof was put on . Been calling this place for over 6 months to a year , leaving my name , number , etc. Oh someone will return your call . Nope , never did. So today I thought of it again and called was told by a lady , ***** is running upstairs to call you , 3.5 hours no call , shocker !! Call back and get Stephen on the phone who is a complete jerk and the rudest person I've ever spoken to in a business, but wait he's the owner , doesn't let me speak , seems to think I'm lyin about this on the phone by his tone of voice and keeps talking over me , so basically he hangs up on me without letting me speak . Great guy there. So now I'll wait for another call Monday from another owner and see what happens.

      As a Veteran I wanted to find a company that was affordable since i am on a fixed income. I had a few estimates and was shocked at what it costs to get a walk in shower. When I had Direct Source Renovations come out after listening to everything the contractor had to tell me i thought they were going to be the most expensive but surprisingly they were actually the most affordable by a large margin and they did my entire bathroom not just my bath tub. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the communication with the company. They cleaned up after they were done and showed me how to use everything i am extremely satisfied with my new Shower!

      I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing job the team at Direct Source Renovations did. I recently had a whole home renovation done (Kitchen, Baths, Flooring, HVAC, Sheetrock, etc.) and I couldnt be happier with the results. The service was prompt, professional, and the final product exceeded my expectations. The design consultant was courteous & knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I understood each phase of the renovation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any home renovation work.

      Direct Source installed windows on my rental home. In December, my tenant complained that one of the windows is leaking. I reached out to the company with no response. In January, I called at least 3 times. No returned call so I paid them a visit. This division manager (I think his name is *****), who won't return my phone calls but was there, said they were shorthanded but will make sure I was taken care of. Still no follow up. I called again and he did call the field installer who would call me in 2 days to schedule an appointment. It didn't happen. I called one last time a week ago and left a message. Again, no returned call. This has been 4 months to get service. I'm highly disappointed and will have to call someone and pay them to fix what I am supposed to be warranted for by Direct Source.

      AFTER HAVING MY ROOF PUT ON I PAID MY BILL IN FULL OVER THE PHONE DIRECT SOURCE WAS PAID THROUGH MY BANK DIRECT SOURCE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND ME MY RECIEPT SO I COULD SEND IT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER CALLING THEM 3 TIMES ABOUT MY RECIEPT STILL NOTHING THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY ARE GOING TO EMAIL IT TO ME AND NOTHING.THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

      I had a VERY bad experience.I signed a contract on Aug 5 and gave a deposit of$5,000 and told material would be in 8 to 10 weeks. That is when the job would begin. After hurricane Ida we had siding damage .In oct I called direct source and inquired about my siding and when it would be in , they then told me that they could not get that kind in. I asked what kind can you get in. I was the one that Always made contact with them . They Are Not good at communicating at all! It finally came in at the end of Jan . And it took 3 weeks for the job to be completed. I would not recommend using this company at all . They do not like talking to customers after they get their deposit, I felt like they pushed me aside . They told me I was getting it done for free. I paid $17,000. But they tried to make it sound free.I was told ****** was coming to take pictures and get the rest of the money and well another Lie.
