Placed an order for a above ground pool ladder and have not received it..they said on Aug 30, 2022 they would give me a refund within 7 to 14 days and here it is Oct 11,2022 I hav not received it. I hav the text msgs of our communications on my phone if it's needed. They hav stopped communications as of September 2022. I jus want a refund.Customer response

Order a pool cleaner and paid for it. Company ships a fake package from ***** and refuses to refund money. This is a reoccurring scheme according to internet posts. They should be shutdown.Customer response

Ordered a pool cleaner and received a pair of children's socks instead. I have the receipt for the pool cleaner and many emails with the company. I've attached the one where they offer to refund, which of course never happened. Have since found out that this company is in the business of scamming people.Initial Complaint

Hello, I ordered a pool motor from [email protected] online on July 3,2022 and my credit card was charged immediately! I paid $71.68 and the company that took out the amount of my order was called loplii on my bank info! I still have not received my order even after numerous email communication with this company! I was given two different tracking numbers that were fictitious also! They said they would send it because they sent me a single pair of white socks instead of what I order- a pool motor! I explained I wanted a refund after all this on numerous occasions and ask for it immediately! Finally after constantly emailing them they agreed to refund me! I requested to be refunded immediately and now they are saying it will take approximately two weeks to refund me! They have my hard earned money and I still do not have my pool motor or refund as of today 8/20/22! I have informed them I will contact the BBB and state’s attorneys office regarding their fraudulent practices! Still I do not have a refund! I also have numerous email communication receipts if you need them and the copy of my bank withdraw! On 6/19/22 I bought a pool salt water system by the price of *****. The order ID is ****. I should received the order in ***** days. I never received the product but they kept my money. I sent already and email to them but never rec3ieved answer. i called them to the number that is in the website and the phone is not in service. They did stealth my money.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pool part on 6/6/2022. The part never arrived. I inquired several times and kept being told to be patient. They then claimed it was delivered to the **** for the last mile delivery, but had no proof. An investigation for **** indicates they never received the part. I had multiple emails (attached below) with the company when they stated they would refund my purchase. That has never happened.Initial Complaint

because I still have not received the order. I will never oder from them again. I asked them to expedite my order that I live in Michigan and the weather will be cold and I won't be able to use it. But obviously they didn't. So who knows if it actually gonna show up or not. Very disappointed!Initial Complaint

I ordered a pool pump on 6/19/2022 from Hauntor. I sent them this email and I did not get a response. I did not receive a pool pump that was ordered.
