      On January 29, 2022, we paid L&B Kitchen and Bath $11,454.50 to update our Kitchen. The promised start date was March 23, 2022. The actual start date was the afternoon of March 24. We were expecting the L&B Kitchen contractor to start on our kitchen the morning of March 24. After leaving several voice messages and text messages, they finally responded and sent contractor to our home later that afternoon (between 2:30 & 3:00 PM). The contractor worked unit 6:00 PM on March 24. He returned March 25 around 12:30 PM. After leaving for the day on March 25 (around 6:00 PM) we inspected the work that had been done. The quality of installation was terrible. Drawer and door handles were installed crooked, drawers were not leveled, doors were not leveled, and the enclosure around the refrigerator was lopsided. March 28, 2022, we requested L&B send a different contractor to fix and complete our kitchen. It took the 2nd contractor 2 weeks to complete the job because their schedule was very unorganized. We never knew if or when they would show up. On April 18, 2022, we brought cabinet doors of 2 cabinets to L&B Kitchen to have glass installed. The owner (Raymond) said it would take a week, we told them we would give them 2 weeks to complete. It is now May 19, 2022, and we are still waiting for the doors to be returned. We have 2 wall cabinets with no doors. We have sent requests in writing by email and text messages asking for the doors to be returned. We have given up on getting glass fronts for the doors. Also, I have requested L&B send the contractor back to our home to repair 2 drawers that are still not installed properly. L&B gave us the name the phone number to the glass company to contact directly. We are not customers of the glass company. L&B are the glass’ company’s customer. We now have to contact the glass company ourselves. L&B Kitchen is no longer responding to us.

      ******* ******* & her Husband **** ******* have been taken care by us the whole way through. When they're Kitchen was installed, they both personally went to measure and use a leveler to check each cabinet and handle. We believed that was odd, but none the less we squeezed them into our already set schedule which is a month out to take care of them and fix any problems. They also wanted an oven covering, which we do not provide and informed them it would be custom work we might not be able to do. Again none the less, to provide the best customer service we gave them the material totaling $472 for free so their own contractor can do the oven framing. Every communication with them has been threatening, passive aggressive, and demeaning. We again have tried to provide the best service to them. The only thing missing is their glass doors, we provided the phone number to the company because they kept harrassing us for updates. The glass company told us the glass broke, therefore it was delayed we explained that to the Isen & Lechice and again insulting responses were only provided. We then offered the glass company number so they can directly call for updates and stop harrassing us. We believe their intent from the beginning has been to get the remaining balance for free. The total cost for their material was 10,000 dollars itself, the labor was only 2,855 not counting the free material provided.

        I completely reject the accusation made by L&B Kitchen that were were trying to not pay the remaining balance. In my PDF you will see I specifically stated that wanted the installation problems fixed, materials that were missing delivered and installed and then settle the amount owed. L&B consistently missed due dates with no communication to us as to what was happening. I have written proof of this. This business is poorly run and the quality of work was very poor. I have pictures to prove my statement. Only after reporting them to BBB, did they finally finished the kitchen.
