We had our son's birthday party here and it was not a pleasant experience for us at all. The staff upon arrival were not helpful at all. I literally had to grab a cart to put our stuff on. Then our party host was very inexperienced. He appeared very young and unenthusiastic. I had to literally direct him during the party. They also forgot to give us a pizza we ordered. The party was a mess. I literally ended up handing out pizza. I had to ask for a pitcher of water and cups and plates. It was terrible. When we first booked the party we were told that my son's sister would not be included in the guest count because she's one anyway and the sister of the birthday boy. They added her and not only her but several adults were added to the guest jump count. They were suppose to receive spectator bands. We ended up paying for them. I didn't realize I had to stand with the host for this to be made obvious. And I emailed a list of the kids names a week prior to the party!! No one was friendly and I felt as though we really didn't have a host. I have been to several places where the party host took charge. The ways things should have went...get guests in room, hand out pizza and drinks, sing birthday song, cut the cake. Instead we sang the birthday song first without any direction. Then my guests sat there waiting for what would be next. The host ran out of the room for the forgotten pizza. Which was about 10 minutes! So I served my guests pizza and later asked the host to cut the cake. Which was massacred by the way! People were given huge chunks of cake that was thrown out!! I feel cheated in my guest count, I hated that I ended up hosting with no direction. Update: I called the establishment to explain that two adults (*** and ******) were given jump passes. The manager told me that they're not responsible for that. I should have had the adults pay. When it was the host who added them! I just want a refund for two adults. It was ***** each
