Purchased a new A/C system. During installation, there was a Freon leak due to the service tech having a faulty meter. Supervisor came out and had to drain the whole system before adding more ****** Post install, water was leaking in my attic due to no replacement water pipes being installed like we were told would happen because one of our main concerns was a drain pipe not draining and tripping the float switch due to a clog that could not be blown out. Called and took hours to respond. I have videos of all the water leaking in my attic. Could have flooded entire house. Also they forgot to install the air scrubber I paid for. When I call they say an email will be sent and nothing. They took my money and never looked back. Didnt get what I paid for. My attic is still a mess from water damage. Found smoked cigarettes all over my attic and we are non smokers. Also my unit outside is extremely unleveled. I have pictures showing how terribly tilted my unit is. Now its making weird noises. No help from customer support. It has been since June 14th and still no call back at all. I have never written a negative review in my life but this is a situation everyone should be aware of. Would not wish using this company for anyone. I would give negative stars if I could. I want an inspection because I am no expert but if Im finding these issues its a problem.

Keefe's repairman came to my house because my AC unit wasn't running. The repairman looked at the unit and said the AC blower was out so it will cost $1200.00 to replace the blower. He said a few other things had to be fixed like building water in the pan, condensation build-up, and rusty coils. He said the total cost of the repairs will be $2087.00 I notified another AC repairman next day and he looked at the unit and said the breaker was tripped due to the condensation build-up which shut down the unit. He removed the condensation including the water from the pan and cleaned the coils and had the AC unit running again in 30 minutes. The total cost for the repairs $260.00 I'm extremely upset that Keefe's tried to rip me off over a very simple fix to my AC unit.

Had supposedly 25 point inspection done. Unit wasnt cooling. Thought unit needed Freon. Serviceman said I needed a whole new system. Called another company for second opinion. It was just the wiring. System working properly and efficient. Also was told the system was cleaned which it wasnt.

I have been a loyal customer since 2009. Recently, after years of health problems, another company found biological growth in my air ducts. I had a yearly maintenance contract through *******. They said our system was in great condition. When I called the manager, I was told I missed a service call despite paperwork staring orherwise. We replaced our ductwork using a different company because ******* quoted us an extra $7k to only do half the work. I asked to speak to a GM and it took 2 weeks for him to say he would research the matter and get back to us. Still waiting on his findings. Please use another company or do your research. You will see ******* is no longer a reliable company.

******* WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS - BEWARE!Now I realize why "******* Air Conditioning" is over-advertised on ********* during my morning drive. I had family and friends how used their services: expensive but they were convinced they needed the services.I made an appointment letting them know: I have two units ($188 per, service fee, I was charged) one unit appears to need freon, the other unit the compressor may need replacing.$1200 later, I was told: "...not even sure if the unit needs freon, but consider ******* replacing it for about $6000. Further, you need duct work and your hot water heater pipe to the roof is leaking and bringing carbon monoxide back into your home and into the system..."Surprise, surprise, surprise: I changed the capacitor and other components and THE COMPRESSOR IS BAD! You still must pay for the parts because I cannot take them off of the machine. (The parts you put on were never shown to me, so how would I know if they were being re-used on my unit.******* and *******: everyone has their own "go to" a/c repairman, car repairman, etc. It's humiliating to have you come into my home, overcharge me, observe a newly installed unit, then commence overselling me on everything.I will no longer do business or refer anyone to ******* and again, when I hear the commercial on WWL radio it will be proof that "anything good, needs no advertisement" Period. ***** and I did not "Ayyyyyeee - You-Mister ****

I had AC system installed almost 2 years ago. I have been having problems since the day it was installed. Every time you call, you get sent to a voicemail box and never get return phone call. My problem still is not fixed. Recent issue was still under warranty and they charge $426! I asked for what. They said for service charge and labor. Unbelievable it took 20 to do the repair. I understand $100 service call and labor going price $150 hour. But give me a break. ******. WTH. Then they have the nerve to try to sell me another year service. I will not have them do anything again. Sorry I used them in the first place. All the care about is the money. Always want to sell you something and never fix your problem. Then charge a ridiculous price to fix something that under warranty. If I could load the ac unit up I would take it back to them and demand a refund. Not happy with their ***************

Kevin was excellent - he went above and beyond to answer my questions, and to be sure I was satisfied today as a customer.

They charge for estimates ($88). Then they come out and the estimate for simple work is exorbitant. So they end up making $88 for nothing. Overpriced and not worth it. Call someone else.
