On the 4th of April, I contacted a business named gs auto Collisions about repairs I needed to be done to my vehicle. They asked for pictures to determine if they could fix it or not. I sent pictures and they assured me they can handle the job. So my insurance towed my vehicle there. After further inspection, they made a damage estimate and sent it to my insurance. By that time I had been to the shop a couple of times to talk with them and bring my stock tires due to damage from the current ones. They assured me they can handle the job and did not mention of anything other. It took about two and a half to three weeks for my insurance to approve repairs. So I reached out to the repair show to share the news and let them know Ill stop in Saturday to discuss some repairs. Once I get there after talking with him he mentions my bumper never came with the vehicle and hes been wanting to let me know. But yet hes been having my number since the 4th and I showed up there a couple of times and he failed to ever mention it. I didnt suspect anything at the time. Just thought maybe the towing company made a mistake and forgot to drop it off. No big deal. So I contacted the original yard it was on and they promised me it was loaded onto the wrecker truck cause it came with my car and still looked good and mentioned it was put inside my vehicle. So I reached out to the towing service that brought it to gs auto Collision. They also assured me my bumper was placed inside my car and was dropped off at gs auto Collision. So now I have two separate parties telling me the same exact story. I contacted my insured to see if I can do anything about it being its thief, I was told that nothing can be done by my insurance cause they dont know the guilty party. I had after-market lights on that bumper that ranged over $1000 and I had to pay a tow because they pulled out on a promise to fix my vehicle. I have receipts for the products on the grill and also the second tow. Please help!
