In May 2023 Entergy sent an engineer to my property to design for an electrical hookup connection to a mobile home. The engineer marked on the property where the meter pole had to be located with a stick showing 75 feet from the street. Tommy's electrician showed up and put their meter pole in a place that was about 18 feet from the spot marked off by Entergy. We told them that they were digging in the wrong spot but they insisted on staying where they are at. The place they put the meter pole at was a straight shot to the inside meter and involved the least amount of work on their end. Entergy came out and said the meter pole is in the wrong spot and needs to be moved. ***************************** is refusing to move the meter insisting he is in the right. ******* said to put another pole in would cost me another thousand dollars or more to correct his misplacement.Customer response
