            We purchased a toddler tower from coco village in august. My husband put it together (hes a green beret so isnt incompetent by any means) and the sides were wood patched , there was a chip out of the top rail that cut our toddlers hand and the bars that are supposed to hold the toddler in spin and wouldnt tighten so if he leans on it he about falls. I reached out to cocovillage and had no response. Resulting to me reaching out on social media as youll see. Then finally got a response through email back and fourth after ranting on instagram. So finally October 6th ..2 months later they said they would ship new parts - they didnt offer to send a new one/exchange or refund. Now its 4 months since weve had it and its so unsafe and unusable. Everything is loose and wobbles and spins and it about tips over any time my very small toddler tries to use it. Weve never received the replacements parts that they said they sent. At this point we just want our money back, they can take their horrible quality toddler tower back. I dont want it even if its free.

            Do not order from this company. They take your money, promise to ship - and then the item never arrives. I ordered on 9 Apr, paid ****** for items they had in stock. I was sure to only pick items that were able to ship. Their website said 5 to 10 business days. On April 19th I wrote asking about the products. They asked for another 5 to 10 days. May 1st. Still nothing. I wrote and asked for a refund - they told me no, and offered me a "beautiful day". no news on when they would ship... only that they were "working hard". Terrible.Hi!My name is ****** and I'm happy to assist you today.I understand you want to cancel your order however as per our policy we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. I sincerely apologize.
