Barrera's Above and Beyond didn't complete my work on my home after payment was made. I contacted **** several of times which he stated he was coming. After numerous of lies. He now have stop answering the phone. He didn't finish the roof or wood work.Business response

I ********* ******* was just made aware of this after going through some emails. My next step was to call and speak Mr. **** so I did plus set up a meeting with him and his wife on Monday, January 03, 2023. I never wrote up a contract for this job. What **** ******* stated happen in this case was he loan his trailer which has our business signs on it, to his nephew ****** ******* who does roofing work for a living also. I will come back with an updated answer after the meeting on Monday.Business response

This is a follow up from my meeting with Mr. *******, ****, and I ********* ******* and ****** ******* was in Lake Charles however, as I listen while **** and Mr. *******' passwords about what was said and not said and not done. What I said was let's see how the problem can be solve although I did ask Mr. ******* for those videos and recordings neither have been to send them to me. I want to hear the conversation. I haven't received them as of yet. Due to the weather on tomorrow I'll keep you posted.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because the work has not been completed. I have attached a FEW of the videos, phone records, snippet and camera recording. Record shows this started November 21, 2022 . **** did met **** and his worker at the property and was told this will be fixed, we are still awaiting completion
