      I contacted Sloane Cooling because I needed some Central AC work done Done to the coil in my attic. They received a coil and paid out of their pocket so they say I haven't seen a receipt but I paid them $2800 before they started every time they came out they asked for more money for coolit for the AC unit and other things I was telling them to give me the receipt and the air voices continuously they never produced anything. So they installed the unity old do you need in the attic and it took them like 3 days the husband had a worker with them they complained the whole time they worked probably 2 hours a date And everything still wasn't installed correctly they were missing some kind of panel plant Pan the Pan was leaning s the water is leaking into the home Inn from the attic dathey didn't cover up pipes properly and why are wiring properly was still exposed And I call them so they can rectify the issue and which the wife refuse to she got very nasty with me on the phone I really didn't want to go back and forth her I continue to ask her for my receipt and the invoice which I still haven't gotten on I would like to report them to the IRS because something is not right with them taking money and I wanna To provide receipts Or invoices I have all of their text messages I love in my checking account where I have paid them half of the money for the installment and they got the cash for the rest of the installment so every time else they have gotten cash to do what they need to do and they wasn't able to do it I need it

      I paid sloane 1200 in cash and $1080 out of my PayPal account.  Then they requested money for the refrigerant and I let the no  I was uncomfortable giving them any cash but they said they couldn't do anything without i give them $200 for a part then $500 for the refrigerator and I gave it to them in cash last months. Its a lot of texting back forward between us. The last thing was the next day the central air stop working so I called them to come to fix it and they refused to. At this time I requested a refund because sloane did a  horrible job and refused to fix the problem.  This company has poor customer service water started to leak in the attic and on the my ceiling.  And I would like is 70% of  my money back. They should not be licensed to practice services in the USA I have a number of medical conditions they should treat anybody this way.

      We went do a install for Mrs ******* thru a home warranty company we charged way less than normal because she said she couldn't afford it on top of it all the warranty company was supposed to pay for the air handler but did not we had to we was paid for just the installation and we did it the job was completed and been completed air works fine there was some pipes that where old that needed to be changed we informed the customer but it has nothing to do with the work we got paid to do
