We needed to replace our driveway, but decided to put it off due to the cost. Well, the universe had other idea, it was cracking and sinking at the culvert. So we started our research again. We contacted a company and Tyler P. (not including last name for privacy reasons) contacted us immediately. I was very impressed with Tyler. He responded quickly to all texts or calls, kept to his time table and estimates, cleaned up daily, was on the job the entire time to ensure everything went as expected, his crew was polite and treated the job as they would for their own family. He explained everything so I could understand everything he was planning. I am not the easiest customer, because I have my own ideas and ask a million questions. Tyler was patient and went over everything as many times as necessary. Due to cost, we had to make some changes we wanted, but Tyler just rolled with everything and even came up with some things we could benefit from but had not considered. With all the training and experience Tyler has, he was able to explain the engineering, technical, and practical aspects of our job. I would highly recommend and hire SC Professionals again. Thank you Tyler and crew for a great job. Our driveway looks great.

Could not follow through with their solution since my insurance refused my claim on my 64 ft. retaining wall collapse during bad storm, but they were my choice from the four bids I received to replace it. I admired the efficiency and engineering skill that went into the appraisal process.
